Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST Mon-Fri will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on the weekend will be moved to the next business day. Please note these times are only an estimate and actual processing length may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. However, BenQ gladly accepts returns in accordance with our return policy.
You may request a partial refund on products purchased on BenQ.com that have price reductions less than $100 within 30 days of purchase. Requests meeting these requirements will be approved and issued a credit of the price difference. Please contact BenQSupport.US@benq.com.
If the product is still within the warranty period, BenQ covers all shipping costs. However, if the product is out of warrany, the customer pays return shipping and all applicable repair costs. BenQ will then pay to return the product to the customer. Only valid in US and Canada.
