  • How to place an order online?
  • Add an item to your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button, and then go to your "Cart" on the top right corner of website. View your items, and then "check out“. Before check out, you can log in as a BenQ member or you can use guest check out to complete the order. During the check out process, you can edit your payment, billing address, and shipping address. Once the order is complete, you will get an order confirmation, and BenQ will send an order receive email to you within 24 hours. If you do not see an order confirmation email in your inbox, then please check your spam folder as well.
  • How can I check my order status?
  • You can log in to your account (if you created one) or you can check your order status by clicking here: https://buy.benq.com/us-buy/trackorder . Please make sure to check your email for order updates as well.

  • Why isn't my order processing?
  • Sometimes we can not process your order if your billing address does not match your credit card's billing address OR if your billing address does not match your shipping address. Please make sure to enter your credit card and address information correctly.
  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?
  • Normally if the order is placed before 10:00 PST it will be processed that same day. Otherwise, It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. You can also check your order status here: https://buy.benq.com/us-buy/trackorder

  • How can I get my shipping tracking number?
  • After your package has been shipped, you will get a tracking number sent to your email. Please make sure to check your spam folder just in case you do not see it in your inbox. You can also log in your account (if you created one) to see the tracking number.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • After you place your order, you will have about 6 hours to cancel it before the order is processed for shipping. To cancel your order, please email BenQ support at BenQSupport.US@Benq.com with the subject title "Order Cancellation" and your order number. We will try our best to accomodate your request, but once the order has been processed we can not cancel your order. 

  • Do you accept international orders?
  • No, BenQ America currently accepts orders from the US only.
Payment
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Amazon Pay for all orders. We do not accept checks and money orders
  • Do you charge sales tax on my orders?
  • BenQ collect tax on orders depends on the delivery address. Your cart price will reflect the tax charge based on your order. Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping charges
Return and Refund
  • What is your return policy?
  • BenQ will accept return requests for the purchases on our official websites within 30 days of purchase. Product that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days in order to be eligible for a full refund. All product returned to BenQ must be in original packaging with all original items that came with the box.
  • How do I make a return?
  • Please contact us at BenQSupport.US@Benq.com or call us at CALL 1-888-920-2367 Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 6:30PM CST to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once your return is processed, you will receive a RMA number to return the product.
  • What's the refund process?
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received at the BenQ warehouse, and take about 2-3 weeks to process. We will not refund the original shipping charges (if applicable).
