  • How to place an order online?
  • 1. Add an item to your cart by clicking on the "Buy Now" button.

    2. Next, go to your "Cart". View your items, and then "Checkout“.

    3. Before checkout, you can log in as a BenQ member or you can use guest checkout to complete the order.

    4. During the checkout process, you can edit your payment, billing address, and shipping address.

    5. Once the order is complete, you will get an order confirmation, and BenQ will send an order receive email to you within 24 hours. If you do not see an order confirmation email in your inbox, then please check Email spam folder as well.

  • What about Pre-orders?
  • Pre-orders follow the same processing, credit charging, and shipping rules as regular orders once inventory becomes available. In-stock products purchased at the same time as your pre-order will be shipped separately for your convenience. Please contact customer support with questions.
  • Can I use multiple discount, promotions, or offers?
  • Coupons, promotions, and other discount codes do not stack, and may only be applied one at a time.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. However, BenQ gladly accepts returns in accordance with our return policy.
  • Why was my order canceled?
  • Transactions may be cancelled for several possible reasons, such as credit/debit card issues and/or your billing address not matching the one in your credit/debit card info. Please contact your credit card company, check your PayPal/Amazon Pay account, or try again with a different payment method.

    Alternatively, you may try again in a short while, as many declined payment issues occur due to temporary banking system maintenance. 

    Another reason could be because of the age of your email account you used to place your order. You can try and replace with another email address to resolve this issue.

  • How long will it take to process my order?
  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST Mon-Fri will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on the weekend will be moved to the next business day. Please note these times are only an estimate and actual processing length may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • How can I check my order status?
  • Sign in to your BenQ Account --> Status Inquiry --> Order Status --> View or Edit Order, if you created one, or you can check your order status by clicking here: https://buy.benq.com/us-buy/trackorder .

  • Why isn't my order processing?
  • Sometimes we cannot process your order if your billing address does not match your credit card's billing address OR if your billing address does not match your shipping address. Please make sure to enter your credit card and address information correctly.
  • Do you offer price matching?
  • Currently there is no price match offer for the BenQ online store. Please become a BenQ Member to receive exclusive promotions and deal notifications.

  • Do you accept international orders?
  • No, BenQ America currently accepts orders from the US only.
  • What shipping address is acceptable?
  • BenQ will only ship to a physical address. Orders sent to PO boxes are returned to BenQ for a refund.
  • How can I get my shipping tracking number?
  • After your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please check Email spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

  • How quickly will I receive my order?
  • It usually takes 5-7 business days to receive your orders. Final delivery timelines depend on the delivery address and how soon delivery can be scheduled.
Payment
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay for all orders. We do not accept checks or money orders.
  • Do you charge sales tax on my orders?
  • BenQ collects tax on orders based on the delivery address. Your cart price will reflect the tax charge for your order. Where required, tax is also applied to shipping charges.
  • Can I apply for a tax exemption?
  • Yes. You can use your tax exemption card on our online purchases. Please place your order and send a copy of the exemption to OrderDesk.US@BenQ.com along with your order number. We will deduct the taxes and refund them.

Return and Refund
  • What is your return policy?
  • BenQ accepts return requests for any products purchased from our official website within 30 days of purchase. Products that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days to be eligible for a full refund. All products must be returned to BenQ in the original packaging with all original items in the box. BenQ offers free return shipping.
  • Is there any restocking fee?
  • Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee will be charged if there is physical damage not caused by BenQ or the shipping carrier.
  • Can I get a full refund including taxes paid regardless of whether the product is new or refurbished?
  • For new and refurbished products, you may receive full refund including tax. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee will be charged in the event of physical damage not caused by BenQ or the shipping carrier.
  • How do I make a return?
  • If your return complies with our return policy, initiate a return with these steps:

    1. Sign in to your BenQ Account --> Status Inquiry --> Order Status --> View or Edit Order, or by going here: https://buy.benq.com/us-buy/trackorder.

    2. You should see a "Return Order" button to initiate the return.

    3. You will get email instructions and a free return shipping label approx. an hour after request. Please check Email spam folder if you cannot find the email.

    4. Once your return is processed, you will receive a RMA number to return the product.

  • What's the refund process?
  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received at the BenQ warehouse and take about 2-3 weeks to process. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
  • Price Adjustment/ Re-price Refund
  • You may request a partial refund on products purchased on BenQ.com that have price reductions less than $100 within 30 days of purchase. Requests meeting these requirements will be approved and issued a credit of the price difference. Please contact BenQSupport.US@benq.com.

RMA/Warranty Conditions
  • What are your warranty conditions?
  • We offer a 3 years warranty for the projector and monitor from purchase date when purchased from an authorized re-seller, and 1 year or 2,000 hours for the lamp module.

    The lamps, refurbished projectors, refurbished monitors, and refurbished lamps have 1 year warranty from purchase date when purchased from an authorized re-seller, and pre-installed lamp module on refurbished units have a 90 days or 500 hours warranty.

  • RMA/Warranty Shipping Information
  • If the product is still within the warranty period, BenQ covers all shipping costs. However, if the product is out of warranty, the customer pays return shipping and all applicable repair costs. BenQ will then pay to return the product to the customer. Only valid in the US and Canada.
