  • How to place an order online
  • Simply put at least one item "add to cart", then go to "Cart" on the top right corner of website. View your items, then "check out“. Before check out, you can choose to log in BenQ member or using guest check out to complete the following process. During check out process, you can edit your payment, shipping, delivery address. Once the order is completed , you will have an order number on screen, and we will be sending an order receive email to you within 24 hours

  • How do I know if my order has been shipped
  • Normally if the order is placed before 10:00 PST it will be processed that same day. Otherwise, It may take 1-2 business days to process your order

  • BenQ collect tax on orders depends on the delivery address. Your cart price will reflect the tax charge based on your order. Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping charges
Return and Refund
  • What is your return policy?
  • BenQ will accept return requests for the purchases on our official websites within 30 days of purchase. Product that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days in order to be eligible for a full refund. All product returned to BenQ must be in original packaging with all original items that came with the box.
  • How to make a return?
  • Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once it is processed, you will receive a RMA number to return the product.
  • What's the refund process?
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received at the BenQ warehouse, and take 2-3 weeks to process. We will not refund the shipping charge on original orders if it applies
