You can place a pre-order the same way as placing a regular order. Your credit card will be charged once the order has been placed but your pre-order item will be shipped once it is available. Any in-stock products included in your pre-order will be shipped separately for your convenience.

No, you are not able to stack multiple discounts, promotions, or offers. Each offer, promotion, and discount codes may only be used once.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. However, BenQ gladly accepts returns if it follows our return policy.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $35. Please note items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
Currently, we are not able to ship to a PO box. Orders sent to PO boxes will be canceled and result in an automatic refund.

If you still have not found your package, please get in touch with our support team and give us 7 business days to investigate the order. If our investigation confirms that the package is indeed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement. However, if the package has been successfully delivered to its intended destination, it will be non-refundable.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay for all orders. We do not accept checks or money orders.
BenQ collects tax on orders based on the delivery address. Your cart price will reflect the tax charge for your order. If applicable, tax is also applied to shipping charges.
Yes. You can use your tax exemption card on our online purchases. Please place your order and send a copy of the exemption to OrderDesk.US@BenQ.com along with your order number. Once we have received a copy of exemption, a refund will be issued.
Any product purchased on BenQ.com may be returned within 30 days of its original shipping date with free shipping. Products that arrived damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days to qualify for a full refund. All products must be returned in the original packaging with all original items in the box.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee will apply on select products and if there is physical damage not caused by BenQ or the shipping carrier. Any additional damage or missing items (i.e. remote control) will result in an additional charge.

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received by BenQ warehouse and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to process. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

New monitors and projectors have a 3-year warranty period. Pre-installed lamps on new units are warrantied for 2000 hours or 1 year, whichever is first.
Refurbished units have a 1-year warranty period. Pre-installed lamps on these projectors are warrantied for 500 hours or 90 days, whichever expires first.
All lighting products have a 1-year warranty period. Lighting products include the ScreenBar series, e-Reading Desk Lamp, e-Reading Floor Lamp, and the PianoLight.

If the product is still within the warranty period, BenQ will provide a free shipping label to our nearest available service center. We recommend using the original box as we do not provide the packaging or packing materials needed for an RMA. If the product is out of warranty, then the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping and all repair costs, if applicable. Warranty is only available for US and Canada.
