Why does my monitor have flickering?

This may be caused by many factors, but in general can be described as unstable brightness, and happens. When you can see light gradations changing too harshly, instead of in a subtle and smooth manner, flicker becomes noticeable. The monitor changes brightness levels in a sudden and fast way that can be very irritating and adds eye strain. But if the flicker gets too bad, there are some things you can do.1. Set your monitor to its native resolution and refresh rate.2. Ensure all video and power cables are properly connected on both ends.3. Try a different video cable.4. Test the display with another device, so if the flicker occurs when using your PC, try the monitor with a console, a different PC, Blu-ray player, and so on.If the flickering persists, please contact BenQ Support.

No audio output from the internal speaker could be caused by incorrect settings. Please follow these steps in the OSD menu to output audio from the internal speaker. System Setup: Basic menu 1. Sound > Mute > Disabled 2. Sound > S/PDIF > Disabled 3. Sound > Volume > 1 - 100

What's different between native resolution and supported resolution?

The native resolution is the Horizontal by Vertical pixel count. For example, if the resolution is 1920x1080, that means there are 1920 horizontal pixels by 1080 vertical pixels on the DMD Chip. The real pixels depend on the resolution of a DMD-chip. For supported resolutions, the projector could have the Native DMD chip with 1024 x768 native resolution, but it can support higher resolutions 1280*800 or higher via the DDC timing IC and software translatation. Thus the 1024 x768 is the native resolution and any resolution higher or lower is the supported resolution.
