• What is your return policy?

  Any product purchased on BenQ.com may be returned within 30 days of its original shipping date with free shipping. Products that arrived damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days to qualify for a full refund. All products must be returned in the original packaging with all original items in the box.

• Can I get a full refund including taxes paid regardless of whether the product is new or refurbished?

  For new and refurbished products, you may receive a full refund including tax. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee will be charged in the event of physical damage not caused by BenQ or the shipping carrier.

• Are there any shipping fees?

  We offer free ground shipping for orders over $35. Please note items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

• When will I receive my order?

  It usually takes 5-7 business days to receive your order. Date of delivery will vary depending on processing times and shipping location.

• Do you provide a buy now pay later option?

  Yes, BenQ.com provides Paypal Pay in 4, Pay Monthly, and PayPal Credit financing options.

• Do you accept international orders?

  BenQ America currently accepts orders from the US only.

• Can I stack multiple discounts, promotions, or offers?

  No, you are not able to stack multiple discounts, promotions, or offers. Each offer, promotion, and discount codes may only be used once.
