I can hear sound, but the screen always goes blank when connecting my mobile device to the projector using a cable or adapter and trying to stream content from Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and others. How can I fix this?

The issue is likely caused by a cable or adapter that doesn't support HDCP. Please use a connection that supports HDCP to resolve this issue.
