Why is the Brightness Intelligence (B.I.) function disabled in sRGB, Rec.709, Animation, and User modes on my monitor?

Brightness Intelligence (B.I.) is enabled for all picture modes except Rec.709, sRGB ,Animation, User, and HDR.
