  • It takes about 3 hours to charge the speaker to more than 80%. Please do not use other charging accessories to charge the speaker.
  • How do you charge the battery?
  • To charge the battery, connect the speaker to a powered AC (main) outlet using the USB charging cable and power adapter included in the package.

  • In which mode does the microphone turn on?
  • When the sound mode is switched to Live Class mode (when the LED flashes), the microphone will be turned on. The microphone will only be turned on in this mode.
  • Can the microphone be muted?
  • Yes, to mute the speaker's microphone, first switch the sound mode to Live Class mode (when the LED flashes), and then press the volume up and down buttons at the same time. When the microphone is muted, the LED above the volume down key will turn red. To unmute the microphone, press the volume up and volume down keys simultaneously again.
  • How many sound modes are there to choose from?
  • treVolo U has 3 different sound modes, which can be used with different types of learning materials: 1. Music mode (LED = off): In this mode, the high and low frequencies are optimized to give the music a more beautiful texture. 2. Video Learning mode (LED = continually on): This mode is suitable when learning through videos as it strengthens the sound of the human voice in the video so that the listener can hear it more clearly. 3.
