BenQ GV31 Mini Projector Battery: Important Stop Use and Safety Alert
Dear BenQ User,

BenQ has recently discovered that the battery of the BenQ GV31 portable mini projector may overheat and pose a safety risk. 

BenQ places the safety of its customer first and stands behind its products. As part of our culture of safety, we are proactively launching a Voluntary Safety Recall in close cooperation with government safety regulators in the United States and Canada.

For your safety, while the government review process is underway, we are asking our customers to immediately stop using the BenQ GV31 portable mini projector.

How is BenQ Making this Right?

1. If you own a BenQ GV31 portable mini projector, please stop using it and place it where others cannot use it.

2. Register your product for this voluntary recall using the link below.

3. Once the government has approved our voluntary recall plan, BenQ will contact you again using the information provided.

4. At that time, in approximately 2 weeks, we will update you on (i) how to return or dispose of your product and (ii) how BenQ will make this situation right for you.
