When I use macOS and connect headphones to DP1310, the system shows DP1310 audio as connected, but there is no sound output. What could be the problem?

This is a known compatibility issue between DisplayLink and macOS. When you encounter this issue, you can solve it by switching the system audio output, meaning changing the audio output to a laptop computer and then switching back to DP1310 audio.
