If you are using DP1310 to connect a laptop to a monitor and experience intermittent signal disconnection or image loss, the root cause might be the following:
- Physical cable connection:
Please ensure that the USB-C cable connecting DP1310 to the laptop and the
cable connected to the monitor are firmly inserted.
- USB-C cable:
Please use the provided USB-C cable to connect the DP1310 and laptop to
ensure maximum compatibility.
