What about power delivery (PD-Out) by the X300G via a USB-C cable?
The projector is able to supply power to a connected USB-C device certified by USB-IF with the maximum power delivery being 18W. The supported output power specifications are: 5V-2A/9V-1.8A/12V-1.3A/15V-1.2A.
What types of USB flash drives does the GP100A projector support?
Can I use a single USB-C cable to connect the projector to a Nintendo Switch?
Yes, you can connect the projector to a Nintendo Switch via a single USB-C cable. The projector will support direct streaming from the Nintendo Switch to the screen while charging the Nintendo Switch at the same time. This feature works only when the adapter is plugged in.
Does the projector support screen-mirroring from a smartphone or laptop via a USB-C cable?
Yes, this feature is supported, but please note that devices connected via the USB-C port require a USB-C cable and must support DisplayPort Alt Mode (version 1.1 or above) to project videos. In terms of the specifications for the USB-C cable, please choose a cable with USB-IF certification.
Does the projector support HDMI Audio Return Channel (eARC)? How do you enable this function?
Yes, the projector supports eARC on its HDMI-2 port (marked as Audio Return+). Please follow the instructions below to enable the eARC function on the projector from the OSD menu. Audio → Audio Output → Audio Return+ → OK
Does the projector support Bluetooth or Wi-Fi speakers?
No, the projector does not have the capability to transmit audio via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. We recommend connecting your speaker directly to your playback device or connecting the projector to an audio system via ARC/eARC for improved audio quality and to avoid latency issues associated with wireless transmission.
Does the projector support full 3D formats?
Yes, the projector supports full 3D formats including Frame Sequential (PC), Frame Packing (Blu-ray), Side by side and Top & Bottom (streaming) 3D formats.
Does the projector support side projection?
Yes, the projector supports side projection. It occurs when the projector is not perpendicular to the screen. The screen automatically performs keystone correction as the projector moves.
Do I need to replace the LED lamp of the projector?
There is no need to replace it during the normal usage lifetime of the projector. Because the projector uses an LED light source instead of a lamp, it can last for about 20,000~30,000 hours so there is no need to change it during the normal usage lifetime of the projector. If you want to change the lamp, please notice that LED replacement is not user-serviceable, please contact the service center to replace it.
