1. Ensure that the speaker is turned on, and then restart the app.
2. If you are still unable to find your speaker, restart the speaker, reconnect via Bluetooth, and then move your device closer to the speaker.
3. Pause your conversation, go to the app and enter the device search interface.
4. Stop using Bluetooth A2DP to play music or video.
5. Make sure you are using 5GHz Wi-Fi when streaming music.
