How can I update the projector firmware through a USB pen drive?

Please download the projector firmware from eSupport and have the customer follow the steps below to update the projector firmware:

STEP 1

Prepare a 32GB USB pen drive with FAT32 disc format.

STEP 2

Put the projector firmware into the USB pen drive.

STEP 3

Connect the USB-C pen drive to the USB-C port on GV1, if the BenQ projector you have is GV1.

Connect the USB-A pen drive to the USB-A port on GS2, if the BenQ projector you have is GS2.

STEP 4

Go to About > System Update > USB Update
