What can I do if ideaCam can not be fixed on the top of the monitor?

Makes sure the rack is firmly attached on top of the monitor, if the rack is not firmly attached, you can use the knob on the right-hand side to tighten up the grip. 
 

Note: ideaCam only supports monitor with thickness from 1cm~7.5cm.
