What can be done if the computer could not detect the ideaCam camera?

If the computer can not detect ideaCam, please try the following: 

1. Try to connect to another USB port.

2. Make sure the camera is not connected to a USB hub or docking station.

3. If the camera is connected to a USB 3.0 port(usually with a blue plastic socket), please try to use the USB 2.0 port instead. 

4. Try connecting to different computers and see if it could be detected. If still can not be detected, please contact BenQ customer support.
