I have a monitor from another brand. Can I install it with the BenQ Ergo Arm BSH / BDH Series?

Yes, as long as your monitor supports standard VESA mounting holes (75 × 75 mm or 100 × 100 mm) and weighs 20 kg or less, it can be used with the  BenQ Ergo Arm BSH / BDH Series.

Please note the following differences between the two series:

 

BSH Series (Single Arm):

Supports monitors up to 49 inches, with a maximum load of 20 kg.

 

BDH Series (Dual Arm):

Supports monitors up to 35 inches per screen, also with a maximum load of 20 kg.

The screen size limitation is due to the arm’s motion range and dual-arm structure.
