What is the proper setting to use USB C for display only, without charging the laptop?

Please follow the steps or refer to the video link:

Check the monitor’s USB-C specifications, as not all USB-C monitors provide charging.
Check the laptop’s USB-C port capabilities to verify whether your laptop’s USB-C port supports power delivery Input. Some USB-C ports on laptops are designed for data + video only and do not accept charging, which naturally prevents the monitor from charging the device.
Disable USB-C Power-On charging (If applicable). Only proceed with this step when both conditions are true:

a. The monitor supports USB-C Power Delivery (PD)

b. The laptop’s USB-C port accepts charging input
