Can I turn off the monitor while Pixel Refresh is running, and do I need to wait for it to finish before turning it back on?

Yes. Pixel Refresh runs automatically in the background when the monitor enters Standby or Power Off.

During the process, the power LED will flash amber.

You can turn the monitor back on at any time—the Pixel Refresh will simply stop and continue the next time the monitor enters Standby or Power Off again.
