How can I address situations where the backlight is too dim or too dark?

We strongly recommend you use ideaCam in an environment with plenty of light. ideaCam uses center-weighted metering, therefore please make sure that the camera's subject is placed in a central area directly in front of ideaCam. If the overall image is still dark due to backlight, please adjust the camera position accordingly.
