What should I do if I can’t switch between different color modes on my monitor when connecting to a Mac or Windows device and using Display Pilot software?

When the monitor receives an HDR (High Dynamic Range) signal, it automatically switches to HDR mode for best display performance, and other color modes become inaccessible (greyed out in menus). If you want to switch to other color modes, turn off HDR in MacOS or Windows.
