The inaugural honored founders are:

This drove Audien's human-centric mission: making hearing affordable, accessible, and stigma-free. Patel and his team, pioneering the first $98 over-the-counter hearing aids, became the first company in history to launch nationwide in retail with Walmart, and have improved life for millions of people.
  • Jennifer Palmer, founder and CEO of JPalmer Collective, provides non-dilutive, flexible capital to bold entrepreneurs shaping the next generation of CPG innovation. Her mission embodies the future of modern entrepreneurship: empowering founders to grow on their own terms, preserve their equity, and scale the vision they built from the ground up. 
  • Brian Schwartz, co-founder of SIZE and SIZE Capital, operates at the intersection of entrepreneurship and venture, creating an advisory team and capital arm to support founders of consumer and enterprise technology. With a sharp eye for transformative ideas and a founder-first mindset, he champions builders who turn complex challenges into scalable, real-world innovation.

Through this initiative, BenQ collaborates with founders, designers, and tech professionals through product experiences and co-created content, showcasing how its human-centered design enhances focus and creativity.
