By participating in the Event, each participant (“you” or “Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

There is no fee to participate in the Event, which is sponsored by BenQ America Corp. (“BenQ”), 3200 Park Center Drive, Suite 150, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

2.    Answer the questions and provide your proof of purchase or the serial number of a Qualified Projector (defined in Section Eligibility below) on https://www.benq.com/en-us/campaign/w4100i-4k-home-theater-projector-upgrade.html

3.    Upon verification, a ten percent (10%) discount promo code for the Promoted Projectors will be sent to the email address you provided within three (3) business days.

4.    Apply the promo code to Promoted Projectors on https://www.benq.com/en-us/projector/cinema/w4100i.html when you check out.

The following BenQ projectors are regarded as Qualified Projectors:

• HT2550 Projector
• HT3550 Projector
• HT3550i Projector
• HT3560 Projector
• HT4550i Projector

Your submission must be received between 12:01 a.m. PST on July 14, 2025, and 11:59 p.m. PST on August 31, 2025. The discount promo code is valid from the date of issuance by BenQ and expires at 11:59 p.m. PST on September 30, 2025.

• The promo code is only applicable for purchases made in the United States.
• Each Participant is entitled to one (1) 10% off promo code activation.
• The activated promo code may only be used one (1) time per Participant on a maximum of one (1) unit of Promoted Projectors.
• BenQ reserves the right to void any promo code that was issued to a Participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
• The promo code cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
• The promo code cannot be used on the already discounted items or combined with other promotion codes.
• The promo code is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
• To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing the order.

Each Participant agrees that any personal information provided by them will be: (a) processed in accordance with the BenQ Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.benq.com/en-us/policy/privacy-policy.html; and (b) used by BenQ and their respective agents and suppliers to administer the Contest and to enable BenQ to publicize the Contest, before and after, in any media.

BenQ’s Privacy Policy describes our practices concerning data that you provide or that we may collect about you arising from your participation in the Contest, and you consent to our use of such data in compliance with the Privacy Policy. 

These Terms and Conditions and the BenQ Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between You and the BenQ regarding the Event and supersede all prior and contemporaneous, written and oral, understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

No waiver by BenQ of any term or condition set out in these Terms and Conditions will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the BenQ to assert a right or provision hereunder will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be eliminated or limited to its minimal enforceable extent, while all remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

Any disputes hereunder will be adjudicated under the laws of the State of California, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Orange County, California and specifically waive any rights to any other jurisdiction or venue. The prevailing party will be awarded attorney’s fees.
