Participants must be 18 years of age or older and be residents in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. To qualify, participants must own a lamp-based projector, including a projector made by a competing brand, and submit a completed survey together with the receipt or a screenshot of the order confirmation for that lamp-based projector. BenQ employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. The Campaign is void wherever restricted or prohibited by law.

The Campaign will run from October 5, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Entries submitted outside 

the designated entry period will not be eligible.

• Complete and submit the survey, including providing a proof of purchase of your lamp 

projector, such as a receipt or a screenshot of the order confirmation to qualify, at [https://benq.surveycake.biz/s/q2Gwm].

Each screenshot, order confirmation and Participant is limited to one (1) entry

Each eligible Participant who submits a valid survey and qualifying projector serial number or order number will receive one (1) $200 discount code toward the purchase of a BenQ W4100i projector. Please note that the discount code may only be redeemed on the official BenQ website and each transaction is limited to the use of one (1) $200 discount code.

If the prize becomes unavailable, BenQ reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The limit is one prize per person. Participants are responsible for applicable taxes. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. BenQ is not responsible for late or lost entries.

Eligible participants who complete the survey in accordance with the activity terms will receive a discount code via email upon submission. No physical item will be shipped. The discount code may only be used toward the purchase of a BenQ W4100i projector through BenQ’s official website and is subject to the validity period and any other redemption conditions stated in the activity terms or accompanying the code.

Any unethical, discriminatory, abusive, obscene, lewd, threatening, or insulting behavior in any form or manner, or communication by a Participant during the Campaign or toward any Participant or Promoter staff will result in immediate disqualification.

BenQ reserves the right to determine a violation of any of the above, or any other Campaign Term or Condition, in its exclusive and unappealable discretion. Furthermore, BenQ reserves the right to restrict or cancel any entry to the Campaign and/or the eligibility for awarding a prize if in BenQ’s opinion and sole discretion a Participant carries out any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or otherwise violates any of these Terms and Conditions, or commits or is suspected of fraud or misrepresentation.

BenQ is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system errors, or disruptions affecting participation in the Campaign. Participants waive all claims against BenQ, and its affiliates related to participation or prize use.

BenQ reserves the right to, at any time, revise or update these Terms and Conditions, and to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Campaign with or without reason, including without limitation due to any human error, technical failure, or force majeure. Any change to the Terms and Conditions or Campaign will be published on BenQ’s websites and/or social media accounts. Continued participation by Participants following such changes means the acceptance of such changes

Each Participant individually agrees that any personal information provided by them will be: (a) processed in accordance with the BenQ Privacy Policy, which is available at 

https://www.benq.com/en-us/policy/privacy-policy.html; (b) used under the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, and (c) used by the Promoter and their respective agents and 

suppliers to administer the Campaign and to enable BenQ to publicize the Campaign in any media. Participants herein consent to BenQ’s use and disclosure of such data in compliance with the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.

By entering this Campaign, each Participant agrees, without limitation, to release and hold harmless BenQ America Corp., its affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, influencers, consultants, their respective employees and agents, from all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind in connection with this Campaign or acceptance and use of a prize won. By acceptance of a prize, the winner further agrees to BenQ’s use of his/her name, photo, and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation (Tennessee residents excepted and any other jurisdictions where prohibited), unless prohibited by law.

These Campaign Terms and Conditions, the Forms, BenQ Privacy Policy and any document that are part of any of the foregoing, constitute the sole and entire agreement between the Participants and BenQ regarding the Campaign and supersede all prior and contemporaneous, written, and oral, understandings, agreements, representations, and statements.

No waiver of any kind by BenQ, including without limitation any Terms or Conditions or applicable law, will be deemed valid unless it is in writing and signed by BenQ. Moreover, any further or continuing waiver of such Term or Condition or a waiver of any other Term or Condition, and any failure of BenQ to assert a right or provision hereunder will not constitute a subsequent waiver of such right or provision.

If any of the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be eliminated or limited to its minimal enforceable extent, while all remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect

Any disputes hereunder will be adjudicated under the laws of the State of California, and Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Orange County, California and specifically waive any rights to any other jurisdiction or venue. The prevailing party will be awarded attorney’s fees.
