For a limited time only, purchasers of the M320UG, 120Hz monitor for Mac® users (“You or “Your” as applicable) will receive a free 3-month subscription to Alter (“Event”) via redemption code (“Event Code”).

To enter, You must complete the following steps:

1. Purchase one (1) eligible new BenQ MA320UG monitor (“Product”) from BenQ.com only during the period of June 9, 2026 to July 31, 2026. Purchases from other retailers are not eligible.

2. Submit an entry form. You must register via the online entry form that will ask you to verify purchase information regarding the eligible Product.

3. Provide Your Product serial number, picture of the model serial number label on the Product and contact information.

4. Agree to the Event Terms and Conditions and await BenQ’s review of your submission.

5. Entries. Event Codes will be distributed starting on August 1, 2026, based on successful submission of the entry form on a first-come, first-serve basis. Offer validity based on Event Code availability. Event submission will be automatically closed if the Event ends earlier due to Event Code stocks being depleted. BenQ may disqualify entries not meeting these Terms and Conditions.

6. Three (3) months of Alter Pro (valued at $87) per eligible Product must be activated using the code provided through the Alter website https://alterhq.com/, where the Participant will be instructed to select an Order and use the code at checkout. You must accept the Alter Terms of Use to be eligible for this Event.

7. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

8. Eligible regions (regional availability applies): Available in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

11. This Event is only for eligible end-user consumers and not businesses. 12. BenQ and Alter retain the right to make adjustments to these terms without prior notice subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

BenQ may ask You for information during the Event enrollment and Product submission process that may, as applicable, include without limitation Your email, name, Product serial number, purchase information, and other voluntary information You may provide. In addition, BenQ may indirectly gather information from You via cookies or website-embedded analytics. The information BenQ collects will be used in the following manner: to run this Event, to verify Your eligibility, to contact You if needed, to ensure Prize(s) can be sent to You, to store submitted Product data for as long as an ongoing relationship exists between us, and to use solely for internal market studies for developing better Products and services. By enrolling in this Event via the BenQ website, You agree by default to receive marketing emails from, or on behalf of, BenQ. Whenever You receive an email from BenQ, You will have the option of discontinuing any further emails. Your information will not be shared with third parties, except 1) third party providers such as our internet service and website providers in order for us to execute this Event; or 2) when reporting or responding to an actual or suspected breach of applicable laws to legal and regulatory authorities such as the courts or police to the extent needed. To redeem the Event Code, You may be required to sign up for an Alter subscription and provide certain personal information directly to Alter. Alter will process such personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

You hereby represent and warrant that:

1. The information You have provided is accurate and true;

2. You have the full authority, capacity, power, and right to enroll in this Event, and make the required license grant, representation, and warranties under these Terms and Conditions;

3. You have obtained and will maintain all applicable approval, consent, permissions, licenses, and waivers necessary to grant the licenses stated above to BenQ and its subsidiaries; and

4. You have complied with all applicable laws when enrolling in this Event.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that: BenQ reserves the sole and discretionary right:

1. to determine, on a final and conclusive basis, whether a Participant has fulfilled the Event requirements in good faith. For illustrative purposes without limiting any other terms, BenQ may disqualify Participants if a) Event enrollment or Product registration is incomplete, b) Event eligibility requirements such as applicable Product line or regional restrictions are not met, c) the provided documents are forged, fraudulent, or void, d) automated codes, scripts, plugins or other means were used to enter or complete Event enrolment, e) the Participant does not have the legal capacity to enroll in this Event or f) criminal or illegal acts are committed or allegedly committed in the process of enrolling in this Event

2. to replace the Prize with items of similar value without prior notice; No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents are allowed in the Event, except by BenQ, which reserves the right to substitute the Event with an item or service of comparable or greater value. Any taxes and any duties imposed on the Event are the Participant’s sole responsibility.

3. to vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. BenQ is not liable and assumes no liability to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction, or damage arising from the Event and use of the Event Code. You shall not make any claims against BenQ. BenQ disclaims all liability for any delays, loss, or failure in the delivery of notification due to mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware, internet, or software errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind. In such an eventuality, You unconditionally waive your right to the Event Code and any associated compensation.

TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, BENQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU ON ACCOUNT OF ANY CLAIM (REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY WHETHER BASED UPON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR COST OF REPLACEMENT.

Governing Law: this Agreement and any remedies related hereto will be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding any conflicts of legal provisions. The parties hereby expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California for any dispute arising from this Agreement and affirmatively waive any and all objections of venue and in-person jurisdiction over it by said courts as well as any entitlement to any other laws. The prevailing party shall be entitled to receive its reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with such proceedings or arbitration, in addition to any other relief it may be awarded.
