The BenQ Movie Night Bundle Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is an online giveaway organized by BenQ America Corp. (“BenQ” or “Promoter”) whose main office is located at 3200 Park Center Drive, Suite 150, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (“you” or “Participant”) represent that you meet all eligibility requirements and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing an online form at https://www.benq.com/en-us/campaign/1-flick-and-chill.html by June 30, 2026. Participants are eligible to win a Prize (see Section 3) even if they have not purchased any BenQ products. Limit one entry per person.

1. Prize: One (1) prize package will be given away to one (1) winner. The giveaway includes:

• Your choice of one (1) BenQ Projector (W4100i or TK705i or TK705Sti)

• One (1) Ceiling Mount (for W4100i) or one (1) Projector Stand (for TK705i or TK705Sti)

• One (1) 105” Pull-Up Projector Screen

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $3,500.00 USD. Actual retail value may vary depending on the projector model selected.

2. Prize Restrictions. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions except at BenQ’s sole discretion. BenQ reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize component becomes unavailable. All associated taxes and expenses, including but not limited to, federal, state and/or local sales or use taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

1. All Participants will receive a 10% discount code for use on eligible BenQ Projectors (W4100i, TK705i, and TK705Sti) during the open sweepstakes period beginning March 15, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2026. The discount code must be redeemed no later than July 3, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PDT. No purchase necessary. Discount code does not increase odds of winning.

Starting on March 15, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ending on June 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PDT. Entries submitted outside the designated entry period will not be eligible.

2. Submit the survey form (via https://benq.surveycake.biz/s/bLGN1). Limit one entry per person.

3. Once submitted, valid entries will be enrolled for Winner Selection.

A total of one (1) winner, will be randomly selected from all valid entries timely received by BenQ on or before June 30, 2026 by 11:59 PM PDT. Potential winner will be notified via the e-mail provided in the survey on July 2, 2026 PDT. In order to claim the Prize, the potential winner may be required, in BenQ’s sole discretion, to submit a copy of a valid identification card and to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release which must be signed and returned to BenQ within five (5) days of the date of notification or a new, randomly selected winner will be chosen. In addition, if the potential winner does not respond to notification within five (5) days of the date of notification, a new,

randomly selected winner will be chosen. Odds of winning are contingent upon the total number of valid entries received. In case of a dispute, the decision of BenQ America Corp. is final. BenQ is not responsible for any late or lost entries, or any technical malfunctions that may occur. If in BenQ’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, BenQ reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Drawing Prize using all eligible online and write-in entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the BenQ web site. Allow 4-6 weeks after verification of winner status for the receipt of Drawing Prize by mail to a valid continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii address only. P.O. boxes are not accepted.

Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii, except for residents of Rhode Island, and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. BenQ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void wherever restricted or prohibited by law. Noncompliance with the time limitations and/or any other term or condition contained herein or return of any Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternative winner being selected by a random drawing.

Participants must submit all requisite and complete information. Incomplete and late entries are void. Only one entry is allowed per person and one entry per address (no P.O. Boxes will be accepted). If multiple entries are submitted, only the earliest entry will be counted. Entries submitted through other sources or generated by scripts, macros, or other automated means are void. Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway or to submit entries using multiple identities, as determined at BenQ’s sole discretion, may result in disqualification. All entries become the property of BenQ America Corp. Request for winners’ shipping information must be received within five (5) days of the date of notification. The courts of the State of California (Federal and State) located in the County of Orange shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute regarding the Sweepstakes and the laws of the State of California shall govern the Sweepstakes. Each Participant waives any and all objections to the jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an Internet entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address entered. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide BenQ with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

BenQ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time due to technical failure, fraud, or other unforeseen issues. Any changes will be posted to the Event Page.

Each Participant individually agrees that any personal information provided by them will be: (a) processed in accordance with the BenQ Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.benq.com/en-us/policy/privacy-policy.html; (b) used under these Sweepstakes Official Rules; and (c) used by the Promoter and their respective agents and suppliers to administer the Sweepstakes and to enable BenQ to publicize the Sweepstakes in any media. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant agrees, without limitation, to release and hold harmless BenQ America Corp. and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, and from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize won. By acceptance of a prize, winner further agrees to BenQ’s use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation (Tennessee residents excepted), unless prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes Official Rules, the Forms, BenQ Privacy Policy and any document that are part of any of the foregoing, constitute the sole and entire agreement between the Participants and BenQ regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous, written, and oral, understandings, agreements, representations, and statements.
