Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled, and we cannot change the items in your order. However, BenQ gladly accepts returns in accordance with our return policy.
BenQ will accept return requests for the purchases on our official websites within 30 days of purchase. Product that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days in order to be eligible for a full refund. All product returned to BenQ must be in original packaging with all original items that came with the box. Please fill in below information to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once it is processed, you will receive a RMA number to return the product. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received at the BenQ warehouse, and take 2-3 weeks to process. We will not refund the shipping charge on original orders if it applies.
