2. Settings
- Change language: See Change the default language for details.
- About: Review the legal agreements, including the privacy policy.
3. Personal profile
Edit your account settings. See below for details
- Account settings: Edit your BenQ Connect account. You can change your account password, e-mail and timezone.
- Switch service: See Access more service for details.
4. Organization name
Shows the current organization name.
5. Control area
You can see the corresponding content while switching the functions on the side menu.
6. Page navigation
Click the arrow to move between pages and adjust the total rows to be shown in one page.
Change the default language
- Select
Settings in the top right corner.
- Select Language.
- Choose a language. The change will take effect immediately.
Invite users to join the organization
1. As the administrator, go to iam.benq.com and sign in.
2. Under the Accounts tab, click Invite.
3. You can choose to send either individual invitations or a bulk invitation.
Individual invitation
1. Under the Individual invite tab, enter the E-mail of your user.
2. Click + to add more users.
3. Click Invite. The users you invited will be add to the Accounts list.
4. Wait for the invited user to register their account. Once they register, their status will change from Unverified to
Active.
Bulk invitation
1. Select the Bulk invite tab.
2. Download the invitation template and fill in the E-mail of your users.
3. Drag your file to the file upload area.
4. Click Upload. Wait for the data to load.
5. An invitation-result window will appear. Invalid email address that are not added to the database will be listed in this window. You can make edits directly and click Update.
6. The user you invited will be add to the Accounts list.
7. Wait for the invited user to register their account. Once they register, their status will change from Unverified to
Active.
Access more service
Use either way to access other BenQ services.
- Click the Service tab to navigate.
- Click the profile image, and find Switch service to navigate.
