Introduction

BenQ's Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a centralized user account provisioning portal and single sign-on solution designed to simplify user account management, enhance security, and reduce IT staff workload in organizations.

IT staff can access the IAM admin console directly from the browser to easily manage user accounts and permissions.

  • Account creation
  • Account management
  • Directory synchronization (SSO)
  • User role assignment

 

Before you start managing user accounts, make sure to complete the following steps.

  1. Register a new account as Administrator
  2. Invite users to join the organization

Register a new account as Administrator

You must have a valid account to access BenQ IAM.

1. Go to BenQ Service website: https://iam.benq.com.

2. Click Create administrator account to register an Administrator account for the company.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an administrator account.

4. Fill in the information to register your organization. Click Submit. A confirmation email will be sent.

5. Verify your email address to complete the registration.

6. On BenQ Service website, enter your Email to sign in.

You can now create account for your users. See Invite users to join the organization for details.
