Select  Save to save the session as .ezwrite.

_{For Android (BenQ Board), Android tablet version}

Select  Menu >  Open files to find the automatically saved project. For each file, select  More to rename, delete or save the file as IWB/EZWrite format.

To delete multiple projects at once:

1. Select  Edit.

2. Select the projects you want to remove from the Whiteboard list.

3. Select Delete.

• Save as IWB/EZWrite
• Save as image/PDF
• Name the file before saving it
• Share by QR code
• Share by e-mail
• Share by print

Select  Menu >  Export to save your project as IWB or EZWrite format if you need to edit contents on the whiteboard in the future.

File differences between IWB & EZWrite format

Select  Menu >  Export to save your project as image or PDF.

1. Select the pages you want to save.
2. Enable/disable time stamp on your project.
3. Enable/disable Only export default area on your project.
4. Select OK to save.

Select  Menu >  Export to save your project as an image, PDF, .iwb, or .ezwrite file.

A window will appear for you to name the file before saving.

Select  Menu >  Export > Share by QR code to save the file in the cloud for download.

1. Select up to 30 pages to share.
2. Choose to save as image or PDF.
3. Enable/disable time stamp on your project.
4. Select OK to generate the QR code.

Scan the QR code with a mobile device and the image/PDF will appear on the device’s default web browser. Follow the browser’s saving procedure to save the file.

Select  Menu >  Export > Share by e-mail.

1. Select up to 30 pages to share.
2. Choose to save as PDF, images, EZWrite or IWB.
3. Enable/disable time stamp on your project.
4. Enable/disable Only export default area on your project.
   _{Note: This option is only available for exporting PDF and image files.}
5. Select OK to open the email application on your device.

Select  Menu >  Export > Share by print to connect with instaQPrint, an app pre-installed on non-EDLA BenQ Board.
