BenQ App Store

The BenQ App Store contains all the BenQ-developed apps as well as third-party partner apps designed for the BenQ Board.

BenQ apps

AMS Files

Users can log in to AMS and access their personalized workspace and linked cloud storage accounts on any BenQ Board.

DMS Client

DMS Client links with DMS Cloud so the BenQ Board can be managed from a single console.

EZWrite 6

EZWrite 6 is a powerful interactive whiteboard that turns the BenQ Board into a limitless canvas for teaching and collaboration.

EZTools

The EZTools library activates all of EZWrite’s essential functionalities.

InstaShare 2

Users can wirelessly share content and control other device screens using the InstaShare 2 host app on the BenQ Board.

InstaShare Button

Activate the InstaShare Button mode to enjoy stable wireless screen sharing with just a click of a button.

BenQ Notifications

Receive real-time announcements related to the BenQ Board and other installed applications.

X-Sign Broadcast

Send scheduled announcements and real-time alerts through the BenQ Board.

Installing an app

  1. Ensure that the board is connected to the internet.
  2. Log in as a local or AMS administrator.
  3. Tap  on the taskbar.
  4. Tap BenQ App Store.
  5. On the left menu, tap any of the app libraries.
    The available apps are listed.
  6. Tap the app to download.
  7. Tap Download.
    The system automatically downloads and installs the app.
  8. Restart the board.

Updating an app

  1. Ensure that the board is connected to the internet.
  2. Log in as a local or AMS administrator.
  3. Tap  on the taskbar.
  4. Tap BenQ App Store.
  5. On the left menu, tap any of the app libraries.
  6. The available apps are listed.
  7. Tap the app to update.
  8. Tap Update.
  9. The system automatically downloads and installs the update.
  10. Restart the board.

Updating all apps

  1. Ensure that the board is connected to the internet.
  2. Log in as a local or AMS administrator.
  3. Tap  on the taskbar.
  4. Tap BenQ App Store.
  5. On the left menu, tap My Apps.
  6. Tap Update All.
  7. The system automatically downloads and installs all available updates.

Restart the board.

Auto-update apps

  1. Ensure that the board is connected to the internet.
  2. Log in as a local or AMS administrator.
  3. Tap  on the taskbar.
  4. Tap BenQ App Store.
  5. On the left menu, tap My Apps.
  6. Enable Auto-update apps on the upper right corner.
  7. The system automatically downloads and installs the update.

Rolling back an app to an older version

Note

Only BenQ-developed apps and core Google apps can be rolled back to an older version.

  1. Log in as a local administrator.
  2. Tap  on the taskbar.
  3. Tap Settings  .
  4. Tap Apps.
  5. Tap the app from the list.
  6. Tap  > Uninstall updates.

Uninstalling apps

Note

Only third-party apps can be uninstalled from the BenQ Board.

  1. Log in as a local or AMS administrator.
  2. Tap  on the taskbar.
  3. Tap BenQ App Store.
  4. On the left menu, tap My Apps.
  5. Tap Uninstall.
  6. Select the apps to uninstall.
  7. Tap Confirm.
  8. Tap Uninstall.
