AMS Files
Users can log in to AMS and access their personalized workspace and linked cloud storage accounts on any BenQ Board.
DMS Client
DMS Client links with DMS Cloud so the BenQ Board can be managed from a single console.
EZWrite 6
EZWrite 6 is a powerful interactive whiteboard that turns the BenQ Board into a limitless canvas for teaching and collaboration.
EZTools
The EZTools library activates all of EZWrite’s essential functionalities.
InstaShare 2
Users can wirelessly share content and control other device screens using the InstaShare 2 host app on the BenQ Board.
InstaShare Button
Activate the InstaShare Button mode to enjoy stable wireless screen sharing with just a click of a button.
BenQ Notifications
Receive real-time announcements related to the BenQ Board and other installed applications.
X-Sign Broadcast
Send scheduled announcements and real-time alerts through the BenQ Board.
Installing an app
- Ensure that the board is connected to the internet.
- Log in as a local or AMS administrator.
- Tap
on the taskbar.
- Tap BenQ App Store.
- On the left menu, tap any of the app libraries.
The available apps are listed. - Tap the app to download.
- Tap Download.
The system automatically downloads and installs the app. - Restart the board.
Updating an app
- Ensure that the board is connected to the internet.
- Log in as a local or AMS administrator.
- Tap
- Tap BenQ App Store.
- On the left menu, tap any of the app libraries.
- The available apps are listed.
- Tap the app to update.
- Tap Update.
- The system automatically downloads and installs the update.
- Restart the board.

Rolling back an app to an older version
Note
Only BenQ-developed apps and core Google apps can be rolled back to an older version.
- Log in as a local administrator.

> Uninstall updates.
Uninstalling apps
