The Craft Your Dreaming Setup (“campaign”) is sponsored by BenQ America Corp. (“Sponsor” or “BenQ”), located at 3200 Park Center Drive, Suite 150, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, U.S.A. By entering the campaign, participants (“you” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The campaign is open to legal residents of eligible jurisdictions where permitted by law and is void where prohibited. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Capcom, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Campaign Duration
The campaign begins on May 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter the campaign:

2. Complete the required entry form and survey
3. Provide a valid email address and phone number
4. Agree to these Terms and Conditions
Each Participant is limited to one (1) entry unless otherwise specified on the campaign page.
Incomplete entries or entries submitted through unauthorized means will be disqualified.
Prizes and Drawing
Total Prizes include:
• Two (2) RD Series Programming Monitors (RD280UG or RD320U)
• One (1) BenQ ScreenBar Halo2 monitor lightbar
• One (1) Vernal Core3 L shaped standing desk
Total number of winners: One (1). The winner will receive:
• Two (2) RD Series Programming Monitors (RD280UG or RD320U)

• One (1) Vernal Core3 L shaped standing desk
The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with receiving the prize.
Winner Announcement, Notification, and Claiming Prizes
Winners will be contacted via both email and phone number using the email address and phone number provided during entry. Winners must respond and claim their prize within three (3) days of notification.
Failure to respond within the required time period or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner. P.O. boxes may not be accepted. Please allow 4–6 weeks for prize delivery.
Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranties beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty where applicable.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Publicity Rights
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Prohibited Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:
• Submits false or incomplete information
• Attempts to manipulate the campaign
• Uses automated entry methods
• Violates these Terms and Conditions
• Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior
Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for:
• Technical failures
• Lost or delayed entries
• Website or platform errors
• Email delivery failures
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the campaign or use of any prize
By entering the campaign, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use.
Privacy
By entering the campaign, you may opt-in to receive marketing emails from BenQ related to product news, promotions, and updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Sponsor will not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent except as necessary to administer the campaign.
Amendments and Cancellation
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the campaign website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.
