  1. 請檢查您的 BenQ 顯示器是否支援 USB-C 連接埠的供電功能。
  2. 請檢查您是否使用 BenQ 提供的 USB-C 線材。如果使用另行購買的 USB-C 線材，請確保該線材通過USB-IF 認證，並且具備完整功能，包括供電和視訊/音訊/資料傳輸功能。
  3. 檢查連接的裝置是否配備支援 USB 供電功能的 USB-C 連接埠。
  4. 確保您已連接到正確的連接埠。
  5. 啟用顯示器待機模式下的 USB-C 供電功能。如果檢測到透過 USB-C 連接埠的視訊來源，系統將提示您在顯示器待機模式下啟用 USB-C 供電功能。
  • 請選擇「是」以繼續。下次除非 USB-C 線材被拔插，否則不會再次顯示此訊息。
  • 如果選擇「否」，則下次檢測到 USB-C 裝置時，此訊息將再次顯示。

6. 檢查顯示器 OSD 中是否啟用了 USB-C 喚醒功能。前往「系統」>「USB-C 喚醒」> 選擇「開啟」。
