Please be informed that our repair center is currently relocating to a new facility to provide you with better service.

To facilitate the relocation, please note the following service adjustments:

  • Cases received on or before May 19th: Will be processed and handled as normal.
  • From May 20th to May 31st: Our repair center will be temporarily closed, and we will NOT accept new repair cases during this period.
  • Service Resume: Full repair services and new case intakes are expected to resume on June 1st, 2026.

Upon reopening, we will officially announce our new repair hotline and service center address.

During this transition period, if you have any urgent technical inquiries, please feel free to contact us via email or our online webform. Our team remains available to provide remote support and assistance.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
