Why can't I find the speaker in the app?

Ensure that the speaker is turned on, and then restart the app. Also note that:

  • If you are still unable to find your speaker, restart the speaker, reconnect via Bluetooth, and then move your device closer to the speaker.
  • Stop viewing any online content and end any calls on your mobile device while the app is searching for your speaker. This will make the connection process go more smoothly.
