Why can't I find my monitor when using DMS Local ?

If you're having trouble locating your monitor using DMS Local, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Select the Correct Network Interface Card (NIC): Ensure that you have selected the network interface card that is on the same subnet as your monitor.

 


Update Device Definition: Go to the settings and click on "Update device definition (JSON)." This step refreshes the device configurations.
 


Retry the Search: After updating the device definition, try searching for your monitor again.
