After setting up true wireless stereo, why can't the speaker connect to other devices via Bluetooth?

If the speaker performs in true wireless stereo successfully through the treVolo U app, the back-connection search of true wireless stereo will be performed when it is turned on again. This takes about 30 seconds. After the true wireless stereo back-connection search is completed, Bluetooth connections to devices is performed.
