Why can W2000 achieve a much reduced input lag but W3000 cannot?

Compared with W2000, W3000 provides more image adjusting functions such as 2D-to-3D Conversion and Motion Enhancer (MEMC) features. The higher input lag is rewarded with better picture quality.
