Knowledge Center SupportThis monitor supports video transmission only via HDMI or DisplayPort cables. To enable the USB-A (rectangular) ports on the monitor, a USB connection between your computer and the monitor is required. You can establish this connection in one of two ways:
USB-C Cable: If your computer supports USB-C, you can connect it to the monitor using a USB-C to USB-C cable. (This option supports data transmission for the monitor's built-in USB hub only.)
USB-C™ to USB-A Cable: Use a USB-C™ to USB-A cable. Connect the USB-A end to your computer and the USB-C end to the monitor.
Once the USB connection is established, the monitor's built-in USB hub will be activated, allowing you to connect and use USB devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, through the monitor's USB-A ports.
