Why can't GR10 charge smartphones or tablets or provide only slow charging?

If you find that the dock cannot charge your phone or tablet or only provides slow charging, it may be because the power adapter wattage is insufficient. Please use a 35-watt (or above) power adapter and connect the power cord to a power outlet.
