There is no sound when casting. How can I fix that?


Please check the following: 

1. The audio volume of your BenQ Smart Display is set to an appropriate level and isn't muted. 

2. InstaShare is selected as the output device on your laptop or other host device. Make sure its volume is set at the appropriate volume and is also un-muted.
