Why can’t I find the volume control bar of Display Pilot 2 for my BenQ PD series monitor?

The Display Pilot 2 software currently does not support audio control for the following models: PD3420Q, PD3220U, and PD2705Q. These models were developed earlier and have hardware limitations that prevent compatibility with the iKeyboard audio control feature.

Workaround: You can adjust the volume using the Hotkey Puck or the function key on the monitor to access the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu for manual audio control.
