If the signal strength of your wireless network is below -70dBm or your internet speed is slower than 7.5Mbps, we suggest you switch your network to 5GHz from 2.4GHz, move your wireless router to a better position for signal improvement, or switch to a Wi-Fi channel which is less congested for better signal strength and internet speed as needed for streaming 4K 30Hz or even 1080p 30Hz videos.
