My old Android remote is not working and appears defective. How can I pair the Android remote packed in with the BenQ QS02 Android TV stick?

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to pair the provided Android remote with QS02:

Step 1

Press the button (circled in red) with a paper clip or push pin to reset all Bluetooth paired devices on QS02 when it is turned on with Blue LED to enter remote pairing mode.

Step 2

Connect QS02 to the projector and follow the instructions to pair the Android remote with the QS02 Android TV stick.
