InstaShow output resolution depends on host output resolution settings, which determine actual resolution and frame rate per screen, whether single or split.

The changes are related to Macbook design. The resolution can be defined by changing the display setting of the Macbook:

(2) When "BenQ InstaShow" is selected, it follows the native resolution of the connected display.
When your microphone and speaker are placed too close to each other, it is likely that your remote attendees will hear an echo. To fix echoes in the video conference, here are 3 things you can do:
1. You can use an all-in-one video bar or a microphone and speaker 2-in-1 soundbar device. These devices have Echo Cancellation features that will solve this issue.
2. If you use the BenQ InstaShow Wireless Conferencing System in a large room and need a standalone speaker, make sure the speaker uses the USB 2.0 interface.
3. Your network bandwidth speed should be at least 20Mbps.
Learn more
We recommend a minimum 20 Mbps network bandwidth, 4 GB RAM and 300 MB of available disk space.
If you still encounter poor signal quality, try the steps below to reduce latency:
1. Switch off any video streaming to release more network resources.
2. Change the microphone setting from “InstaShow Audio” to “InstaShow Button Microphone” in Teams or your video conferencing app. Unlike “InstaShow Button Microphone”, activating “InstaShow Audio” turns on all the VS20 button microphones and sends their audio data to the receiver thereby requiring greater network capacity.
Please select "Display" and adjust "Scaling" on the graphics card to adjust the resolution.
