1. Please check whether your BenQ monitor supports power delivery of
USB-C ports.
2. Please check if you are using BenQ supplied USB-C cable. If a separately
purchased USB-C cable is used, make sure the cable is certified by USB-IF
and is full-featured, with power delivery and video/audio/data transfer
functions.
3. Check the connected device needs to be equipped with a USB-C connector
that supports charging function via USB power delivery.
4. Make sure that you are connected to the appropriate port.
5. To enable USB-C power delivery function in monitor standby mode. If a
video
source via USB-C port is detected, you will be prompted to enable the USB-C
power delivery function in monitor standby mode.
- Please select YES to proceed. Then the message will not pop up next time, unless the USB-C cable has been plugged and unplugged.
- If select NO, then the message will show up again when a USB-C device is detected next time.
6. To check if the USB-C Awake function is enabled in monitor OSD. Go to
System > USB-C Awake > select ON.
