Our engineers have identified a technical issue related to the USB-C processing IC, which is affecting the signal with DP-alt mode display communication, and will result in no signal issue when used with the Nintendo Switch.
We understand how frustrating this can be, and we are sincerely sorry.
We have released a fix for this particular issue.
You can now download the firmware update tool from our website.
Please note that you will need to use a Windows computer and connect it to the projector via USB cable.
Once the connection is done, you can run the tool to update the USB firmware.
Additionally, we would like to let you know that we are committed to enhancing our internal verification processes to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
