The wireless projection (Chromecast built-in) is unstable from a Windows laptop. What can I do to fix it?

Please follow the below steps.

1.Please update QS02 Android TV dongle APPs to the latest version: Google
   Play> Manage apps & games> Updates> Update all

2.Please update the Chrome of your Windows laptop to the latest version

3.Please power cycle the projector

4.We suggest the projector and Windows laptop are connected with 5G Wi-Fi
   to avoid Wi-Fi 2.4G interference. It is suggested to have 10Mb Wi-Fi
   throughput at least.

5.If the problem persists after the above steps, please perform the factory
   reset on the QS02 Android TV dongle and repeat the above steps
