My W1700 displays images in an asymmetric way: half of the projected image is brighter than the other. What can I do to fix it?

Compatibility issues may occur when playing back 4K contents on the projector since the 4K formats, HDMI cable qualities and 4K players on the market all vary. When this occurs, we suggest that you re-plug the 4K source on the HDMI1 port, switch "Silence mode" on/off again or reboot the projector.
