The default audio output of MacOS is a Mac built-in speaker.
The volume control panel of Display Pilot 2 is dedicated to the BenQ built-in speaker; therefore, it only works when users change the audio output to the BenQ built-in speaker.
You need to change the output audio to the BenQ monitor's built-in speaker by clicking the indicator on the Display Pilot 2 volume control panel.
