How can I change the volume of the BenQ QS02 Android TV dongle installed inside my projector when it is connected to a Bluetooth speaker or headset?

We suggest changing the volume on your speaker or headset first if possible. If unavailable, please follow the instructions below to change the volume on the QS02.

 

Step 1

Press and hold the Play/Pause button on your remote

Step 2

Press the VOL- or VOL+ buttons on your remote to change the volume of the QS02.

Please note QS02 volume resets whenever the projector is turned off and on. Changes to volume may be done each time if desired.
